We provide care for children and adolescents from birth through age 21.

We accept all AHCCCS plans and many private insurance plans. If you’re not sure about your coverage, feel free to call our office — we’re happy to help.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
Yes, we offer telehealth for certain types of visits. If you’re wondering whether your child’s needs can be met virtually, just ask when you call to schedule.
How do I schedule an appointment?

What should I bring to my child’s first visit?
Please bring your child’s insurance card, a list of any current medications, and any relevant medical or immunization records. We’ll take care of the rest.
Do you offer same-day sick visits?
We do our best to offer same-day appointments when your child is sick. Call us as early in the day as possible so we can help get your child seen quickly.
