What's the Prize?
One lucky patient will win a brand-new iPad — just in time for the new school year! This giveaway is our way of saying thank you for being part of the Wee Care family.
Who is Eligible?
To be eligible to win:
– You must be a current or existing patient of Wee Care Pediatrics
– You must have been seen at our clinic at least once between September 1, 2024 and August 31, 2025
No appointment or purchase is required to enter. This giveaway complies with all healthcare guidelines and is not tied to receiving medical services.
How to Enter
There are two easy ways to enter:
Option 1: Automatic Entry
If you visit our clinic for any reason between June 15 and August 31, 2025, you’ll be automatically entered — no extra steps needed!
Option 2: Confirm Your Entry by Phone
If you haven’t been in recently but were seen in the past year, just call us to confirm your entry.

Q: Do I have to come in to enter?
A: No! If you’ve been seen in the past 12 months, just give us a call to confirm your entry
Q: Do I need to schedule a checkup to qualify?
A: Nope! But summer is a great time to catch up! We’re happy to check if your child is due
Q: Can my child enter if they’ve only been seen once?
A: Yes! As long as they’ve had a visit with us in the last 12 months, they’re eligible
Q: Who qualifies as a “current patient”?
A: Any child who has been seen at Wee Care within the past 12 months qualifies as a current patient. If you’re not sure, just give us a call and we can check for you!
Q: Can I enter more than one child?
A: Yes! Each eligible patient can be entered once. For example, if you have three children who are all current patients, each one will be entered individually.
Q: I’m not sure when my child was last seen. What should I do?
A: No problem! Just call us at 480-244-5373, and we’ll be happy to check your child’s eligibility.
Q: Can I get more than one entry per child?
A: No, each eligible child may receive one entry only. Multiple visits or calls won’t increase the number of entries.
Q: How will the winner be chosen?
A: We’ll randomly draw one eligible patient from the list of entries by September 5, 2025. We’ll contact the winner directly using the phone number on file.
Q: My child isn’t a patient yet. Can we still enter the giveaway?
A: This giveaway is just for children who are established and active patients at our clinic, meaning they’ve had at least one visit between September 1, 2024 and August 31, 2025.

Q: Do I have to agree to be on social media if we win?
A: Not at all! If your family wins, we’ll ask for your permission before sharing your name or photo. You can absolutely choose to keep it private.
Q: Will you be doing another giveaway in the future?
A: Possibly! We love finding ways to celebrate our families, so stay tuned for future announcements.
Terms and Conditions
– One entry per patient
– No purchase or appointment required
– The patient must have been seen at Wee Care at least once between September 1, 2024 and August 31, 2025.
– Giveaway is subject to all applicable healthcare regulations
– Must be under the care of Wee Care Pediatrics as of August 31, 2025
– Employees of Wee Care Pediatrics and their immediate family members are not eligible to win this giveaway
– The grand prize is one (1) 2025 iPad A16, one (1) compatible case, two (2) compatible screen protectors
– Before awarding the prize, Wee Care Pediatrics reserves the right to verify that the winner meets all eligibility requirements as described above
– The winner will be contacted using the phone number on file. If the winner does not respond or claim the prize within 14 days of notification, another eligible winner may be selected. Prize must be picked up in person at Wee Care Pediatrics unless alternate arrangements are approved.
